Born in Cincinnati, Ohio and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, Dr. Dada completed her undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Lagos. She returned to the U.S. for her internal medicine residency at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh (now part of the University of Pittsburgh system) and later completed a rheumatology fellowship at the prestigious University of Washington in Seattle. Her background as a medical researcher and former clinical instructor at the University of Washington fuels her passion for translating science into healing.
Dr. Dada is a Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology and an active member of several professional organizations, including the Washington Rheumatology Alliance and the Arthritis Foundation. She is also a sought-after speaker at national conferences such as the American College of Physicians and the American College of Rheumatology, and has been recognized multiple times in Seattle Met’s Top Doctors and by the National Arthritis Foundation’s “My Doc Rocks” campaign.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Tierra began her healthcare journey early, volunteering in local hospitals and nursing homes before she was even a teenager. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pace University in New York City and went on to work in intensive care units, where she developed a deep appreciation for the complexity and resilience of the human body. Determined to expand her scope of practice, she later obtained her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Acute Care from the University of Maryland.

This solid foundation in both chronic and complex conditions now informs her work in rheumatology, where she applies that same attentiveness, clinical rigor, and empathy to help patients navigate the challenges of rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, and other autoimmune conditions. Her transition into outpatient rheumatology allowed her to form deeper relationships with patients and focus on long-term health strategies tailored to each individual.
Born in Romania and raised in Bellevue, Diana is proud to serve the very community she has called home since childhood.
